Hello
We need some help re-branding a feature on our bespoke auction site.
On our site, in addition to the highest bid being accepted, also (on certain Lots) ALL bids that are above a hidden/"secret" price are also accepted. We currently call this feature the "Secret Price" but this name appears to be confusing to users and is not very self-explanatory. For this reason we now need to rename it...
But what the heck should we call it?
- "Secret Reserve Price" ?
- "Secret All-Bids-Win Price" ?
- "Secret Multiple-Winners Price" ?
- "Secret Multi-Winners Price" ?
- "Secret Bidding Community Price" ?
- "Hidden Group Price" ?
- "Hidden Bids-Above-Win Price" ?
- "Secret Bids-Above Price" ?
- "Secret Runners Up Win Price" ?
- "Secret Clearance Price" ?
- ...?
The key point is that although the winning bid for the highest bidder is eventually published, this "Secret Price" is never disclosed and that it has to stay "secret" or "hidden" in order to protect the seller and retail prices.
To recap:
- It needs to convey that multiple winners are possible.
- It needs to be clear that that the price for runners up is never disclosed (hence "secret" or "hidden" etc).
- It needs to be short and snappy.
Any suggestions?
