Good luck to you with your auction website

A couple of points

1. Too many advertising banners.

2. You need to change the default look to make you look different.

3. No SSL which means many people will not sign up as their information is not secure.

4. Making your website free is not going to get you members everybody has tried this and it has not worked including me

I have just noticed you are charging people to list even though you say it is free this to me is a scam.

5. There is a couple of things on the left side of your website that do not line up which makes your website not professional.

6. Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions from what I can see you haven't had a solicitor to look at your website and write up Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions which you need to protect yourself this can cost you £500 to £1,000 and you need public liability insurance that go for everyone who runs an auction website.

So from what you can see you have a lot to work on and getting yourself registered with companies house if you are in the UK can help you with a lot of things like funding advertising it also helps you SEO meaning it helps Google and other search engines to pick you up.
