Hi,

I have bought some goods and after the purchase, I came to know that the seller of the goods was not the original owner. Now, the original owner contacted me and requested me to return the goods. I have bought them which means I paid for them.

Has anybody ever faced a situation like this? What are my options in this regard?

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

It is unfair for the original owner and the final purchaser who have both been betrayed by the third-party seller who did not have any authority over the merchandise. Hence, there should be a solution to overcome this issue in order to ensure fairness prevails and have the unauthorised dealer penalised.
