found a bit differently working pennyauction here www.centmonkey.com , after winning an auction you can convert the original price of the item to cash account and cash it out to your paypal or clickandbuy account. Regular pennyauctions have only bids account I think. Nice feature  dont have to wait anymore for the item to arrive, cash out and buy it yourself  |

Hi
Yes, it does seem to very very attractive, but this website is not UP much of the time as whenever i have tried to open it, it doesnt open. |
