Getting A Share Bonus

Firstly I'd like to say there are no listing fees or Final value fees ever on this Auction site.

We started up this website with the sellers in mind but at the same time keeping it as simple, cheap and different to what all the other auction sites offer because at the end of the day they all turn out to be exactly the same.

We are offering our ExtremeSellers an opportunity to receive a share of our profits. Obviousally like all offers there will be a condition to becoming eligible for that share as we are not asking you to buy these shares it will depend on if you meet the requirements stated below.

Firstly why these requirements

As much as we would like to give everybody a share we fell that a little commitment to our website would be a not to big an ask. These auction sites don't work without sellers and ExtremeSellers are a major big part of making an auction site work (we understand that) without them we and all other auction sites are pretty much nothing.

Having said that; We have decided to offer our ExtremeSellers a share into our auction site. Rather than saying you have to buy a share we are offering it with only 1 simple condition and receiving that share will depend intirely on being able to follow that conditions guide line.

The 1 and only Rule

ExtremeSellers will need to have a constant amount of 20 listings at all times throughout the year for 1 year. Not hard for most of you and not an impossible ask by us by anymeans.

What does this mean?

Firstly you would need to contact us informing us that you would be interested in becoming a share holder. Then it's just a matter of keeping with this rule as we will keep track of what you list and sell. Not how much you make as this your business not ours.

This means that a seller places 20 different listings or more on our website and makes sure that their is always 20 listings posted on the website everyday. Given one exception as we don't want to make this seem impossible.

If you only have 20 listings/items and you sell something then you will have 7 days to re-list something to make up your 20 listings. those better advantaged would be those with more than 20 listings as this would never be an issue.

This is not to be misunderstood for 20 items within say a Dutch Auction. We are talking about 20 actual listings.

Follow this simple rule and your on your way to earning a share of Ozy Online Auctions every year.

What do you get by following these rules

We are offering a part of 50% of our profits to those sellers that meet the requirements above.

These rules will not be altered or changed and will be the only requirement to becoming eligible for this share. All you have to do is make sure the above rule is followed through the year to receive your share every year. We will do the rest by way of keep track of what you have listed on an everyday bases. Not forgetting that if you fall below the 20 listings you will have 7 days to bring it back up or you lose out on your share.

Some of you may say that's a big ask but when your looking at a potential earning every year for doing some you would normally do anyway for those committed to online selling, it really isn't asking to much.

Example of Potential Share Earnings

Lets say we have had 200 ExtremeSellers follow these simple rules above after they contacted us telling us they wanted to a future share each year.

We make $100,000.00au profit a year. That means that each one of the 200 ExtremeSellers will receive a cheque for $500.00au.

If we only have 100 ExtremeSellers then that amount doubles to $1000.00au each, and so on.

The more ExtremeSellers the less the share, But also the more sellers the more buyers use the website meaning more business. Not forgetting that the only money made on the website is by those that use the features and the advertisement ads.

Just imagine that same 200 sellers but with only half what *bay does a year. How much money do you think that is worth to you thee ExtremeSeller to incourage buyers to use our auction site.

Don't forget! this is not an offer that only covers what ExtremeSellers will sell, but an offer that covers what Ozy Online Auctions sells as a whole. You could down the track be making more from this than what you could ever sell online.

Now what other auction site offers you anything even remotely close to this for selling on their website. Keep selling for 10 years and you'll receive a Share for 10 years.

This takes affect as from today and does not change our original offer of $2000.00au in credits to the first 200 sellers except that you would be required to have 20 listings instead of 10 to comply with the above rules. those with only 10 listings for the $2000.00 credit will not qualify for the share bonus.

A year will be determind by our Australian end of year date being 30/6/ of any given year. If you become an ExtremeSeller during any part of the year then your full year will be based on the following full year before you can actually receive a payment. But if all the rules are followed from the beginning you will receive that payment covering the monthsfrom when you started. (Example) If you started being an ExtremeSeller on our website in October this year (2009) then you would not receive a payment share till (2011) financial year but we would include the 2009's months from when you started. That would work out to 21 months of share takings that you would receive a cheque for.

If You are an ExtremeSeller and you leave throughtout the year then you forfeit all rights to any part of a share. If you don't meet the rules you forfeit all rights to a share. Every ExtremeSeller is treated equally and fairly as this is not dependent on how much you sell in a year. But obviously for you to receive a large cheque then selling brings in other sellers and not all sellers will be ExtremeSellers.
