Many thanks for the posting and apologies for the delay in giving
an update. We are currently experiencing issues with the tool and
as you've discovered it isn't grabbing the feedback data.
We hope to have the problem resolved very shortly and I will
update the thread when complete.

| Hi,
Just an update - the Feedback tool is now working correctly again and
apologies for any inconvenience caused. All feeback scores have been
updated to show the latest results although tommorows update may be
a little later than normal.
If you login now you will be able to copy the html code required -
once you have that just place it onto your website in a position you
want and that's it really.

Thanks again - It was working earlier on your account and we thought
we had it beat :(
An eBay update seems to be causing intermittent issues with one side of
the feedback tool. We are currently waiting for eBay technical support to
contact us back so that we can try and resolve it.
I will however send you the HTML code manually via email so that you
can start displaying your feedback icon without further delay. Currently
the eBay update problem is affecting access to the initial control panel but
the actual display itself is working correctly.
You should get an email from me in a few moments.

| I've been looking long and hard for a good eBay feedback widget for my site, and this looks like it'll do the job nicely...
But I'm also having this same error exact message. And until its fixed, could someone please email me what info I'll need to place this on my site?
