| BidPay.com Inc., a unit of CyberSource Corp. that processed payments for online auctions, ceased to operate on Dec. 31. | A pity it's gone. It seemed to have changed ownership a number of times but a few years ago I used to use it for paying for goods purchased in the US. It was one of the restricted number of payment methods, other than PayPal, allowed on ebay. Probably the growing success of Google Checkout was the last nail in the coffin. |
